Playing It Safer: Navigating Sexual Health and Difficult Emotions in Open Relationships

March 27 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Opening your relationship to other sexual and romantic partners can increase your risk of sexually transmitted infections and difficult feelings like jealousy, insecurity, and fear. Yet contrary to most people’s beliefs, research finds that people in consensually non-monogamous relationships have similar rates of STIs as those in monogamous relationships, and when difficult emotions arise, they often handle them better and more constructively. So, how exactly do you mitigate sexual health risks and tame difficult emotions? In this workshop, join open relationships coach, researcher, and educator Dr. Zhana Vrangalova (New York University) to get the essential skills and info on building a healthy and safe consensual non-monogamous relationship.

Join Dr. Zhana at Good Vibrations Brookline in Brookline, MA on March 28th at 7 pm to learn more.
